We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to take full ownership of creating and managing website blogs and product documentation for MaxIQ, our cutting-edge sales revenue and intelligence tool. What You’ll Be Doing

• Writing sales-focused blogs covering strategies, product updates, and industry insights.
• Gaining a deep understanding of our product and creating clear, concise, and well-structured technical documentation.
• Collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams to develop content such as white papers, technical reports, and case studies.
• Simplifying technical jargon into digestible content for different audiences.
• Keeping all documentation and blogs up to date as the product evolves.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in technical writing, content writing, or product documentation, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Strong ability to write engaging, structured, and informative content.
• A deep understanding of B2B SaaS products, sales workflows, and revenue intelligence tools.
• Strong research skills to simplify complex topics for different audiences.
• Experience working with product and sales teams to create technical and customer-facing content.
