About the Job:MaxIQ is seeking a Lead Product Designer to join our team in San Francisco. In this influential role, you'll drive the design strategy and execution of our innovative AI-powered platform. Your vision and expertise will create intuitive and engaging experiences, directly impacting how our users optimize customer journeys and achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete design process, from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define design requirements and deliver intuitive interfaces.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Conduct user research and usability tests to continuously improve product experiences.
• Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across our platform.
• Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in design.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital products.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Proven ability to conduct and apply user research effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Experience designing for enterprise SaaS or AI-driven platforms.
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience leading or mentoring other designers.
